The print came off after the first wash. The fabric is much worse than in my earlier orders, and the length is about 10 cm longer than a year ago. I paid customs duty despite the "final price" promise, and express shipping arrived late. The "lifetime guarantee" is worthless: no replies to emails or chat. Avoid.

Stated it would be delivered within three to five days three to five weeks past and still no item. Contacted them via their email to get no reply no help had to go through my bank in the end in order to attempt to get a refund suddenly item appeared. T-shirt was fine but solid by the appalling customer service and delivery time.
Great t-shirts, but possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. Because there wasn't any.
I ordered three t-shirts 11 days before I was due to go on holiday, which should have been plenty of lead time given that, under "UK Delivery" on their website, Artokingo say "Choose paid express delivery to get your shirt in 1-2 days, or go with the free standard option for delivery in 3-5 days. Don't forget, these times include the time it takes us to make your cool t-shirts!". Artokingo confirmed the order the same day.
After a week (5 working days) of silence I contacted them for an update by replying to the confirmation email. No response. Two days later I followed up, saying that if the t-shirts were not going to be delivered before [the date I was due to leave] then I would like to cancel the order. The website covers this exact situation, saying "If you have been notified of the shipping tracking number, you can no longer cancel your order. If your order has not yet been collected by the courier, you can cancel your order. Contact us for this." I had heard nothing since confirmation of my order, so assumed this would do the trick. Again, no response. I left for my holiday (which was brilliant, thank you for asking!) and when I got home found that the t-shirts had been delivered while I was away.
I emailed Artokingo to complain that I had been totally ignored throughout this process and … they didn't answer.
This is no way to treat your customers.

Terrible service. no answer, took over a month to shop. no customer service. shirts are cheap and nasty and print on designs are stiff and horrid. stay away.

Love the design and t-shirt is nice, however delivery was well outside the advertised timeframe and when I chased it up via email I received zero communication back. T-shirt arrived and when i realised I had ordered a size too big I attempted to use the process for an exchange for a smaller size. However I got zero back from the online chat about returning it so I gave up. As much as I love the designs and concept of the store, I would not buy from this place again due to the sub par communication.

The T-shirt quality and fit are great. The printed colour is dull and not in anyway vibrant like the image shown.

Tried to contact Artokingo through their Chat function (as per their FAQ on website) and also via email to request an exchange for a different size. Multiple attempts but no response from them.
The t-shirts are excellent quality and heavier material than most and very good value.This combined with buy two get a third free and free delivery makes these unbeatable value and the designs are excellent as well.I have a lot of t-shirts but these are as good, if not better than any others I have. I keep going back to the site to look for new designs and will certainly buy from this company again.
Even my 2 year old grand-son likes them!
