Love the design and t-shirt is nice, however delivery was well outside the advertised timeframe and when I chased it up via email I received zero communication back. T-shirt arrived and when i realised I had ordered a size too big I attempted to use the process for an exchange for a smaller size. However I got zero back from the online chat about returning it so I gave up. As much as I love the designs and concept of the store, I would not buy from this place again due to the sub par communication.

The T-shirt quality and fit are great. The printed colour is dull and not in anyway vibrant like the image shown.

Tried to contact Artokingo through their Chat function (as per their FAQ on website) and also via email to request an exchange for a different size. Multiple attempts but no response from them.
The t-shirts are excellent quality and heavier material than most and very good value.This combined with buy two get a third free and free delivery makes these unbeatable value and the designs are excellent as well.I have a lot of t-shirts but these are as good, if not better than any others I have. I keep going back to the site to look for new designs and will certainly buy from this company again.

I love the design, the fit is good, and I like the feel of the fabric. I have tried it on and I like how it looks on me. Now I am waiting for the wintry showers, cold winds and hail storms to pass and spring to arrive. It is too good to wear as a base layer under two knit sweaters , It definitely deserves to be seen, but now is not the weather. Yet

I bought this smiley T-Shirt quite a few years ago (about 10 years) & over time it's faded, but searching & finding it online here was a true pleasure to see. great quality t-shirt & quick delivery & has put a smile on my face also, just have to wait for summer to arrive so I can wear it 😉
I’ve ordered from Artokingo a few times. What brings me back is the quality of the art AND the product. The shirts are great quality, as is whatever printing process they use.
Artokingo appears to be operated by a bot. Imagine an IFTTT applet going rogue and starting its own knockoff version of Threadheads, including using the same blank shirts and printers. If the "Chief Happiness Manager" was ever a physical entity, the cat ate his face ages ago. He now operates out of San Junipero.
Don't ask the bot any questions for any reason, unless you feel like wishing into a well. The bot takes your payment, and at some point weeks later, a shirt may show up. Consider yourself lucky if you receive an autoreply in exchange for the payment.
Claims about 1-day dispatch and printing to order in London are fabrications. The shirt will be delivered from eastern Europe/Turkey in about three weeks. Maybe. The order will appear on Shop, but don't expect to be able to use that entry to retrieve any useful information.
The sizing information given on the site is also nonsense. It explicitly claims to give body measurements, not garment measurements, when the exact opposite is true. On top of that, expect the shirt to shrink at *least* half a size on washing. This is all detailed (accurately) on Threadheads' site (for identical Stanley/Stella blanks). Follow the sizing here instead and enjoy your shirt being smallAF.
So why would you ever consider buying anything here? Because the shirts and prints are of good quality, and there are certain designs that you can't find at any shop whose quality spectrum doesn't include "trash" (looking at you, Redbubble). And maybe you just enjoy the odd game of chance.
Let's see whether the bot sends me the promised discount code so I can replace those shrunken shirts at a slightly reduced price. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
