T-Shirt great, customer service poor

I ordered this t-shirt on 19 December for Christmas and paid extra for express shipping. It took two chasers to customer service to receive the t-shirt, in January and obviously too late for Christmas! No message of apologies or other explanation. A real shame you couldn't communicate better.
